I believe strongly in educating clients as much as possible during the journey to reach their goals, I will never dictate to a client what they need to do without explaining why. I believe each client requires a different personalised approach in order to work through their barriers & ensure they are successful in reaching their goals.
When it comes to nutrition I am extremely passionate and will always preach a flexible approach that will ensure clients learn along the way, as well as understand how to maintain their results long term by making it a lifestyle change not just a short term fix.
Whoever you may be, whether you are experienced in weight training or a beginner, I will ensure your program sees you go from strength to strength, I love nothing more than when I see a client hit a performance goal we have set for them and the long term benefits of training with me.
Personal training is all about designing you an approach, a training & nutrition plan that won’t be at odds with your life. I understand the challenge of trying to juggle work / family life with your own health and fitness goals so I’m here to support, advise you and above all ensure you achieve the goals that you set out to achieve.
Strength training is without a doubt the most effective way to improve your body composition, but it’s so much more than that. Training with me will boost you both mentally and physically.
I will ensure you are getting the most out of your sessions with me whilst learning along the way, so you feel confident to continue with your training and make it part of your lifestyle long term.
Your sessions will be designed around your individual goals and I will make sure you’re getting stronger & fitter week on week.
Nutrition plays a huge part in reaching your goals therefore I always ensure an individual tailored approach to your nutrition plan.
Being your personal trainer doesn’t mean you see me a few times a week and that’s it. We will do weekly check ins via e-mail where we will discuss your week and assess your progress. I will set new goals for the week to come and ensure you are always making progress.

Online coaching is what I consider to be the most affordable a way that I can offer my services, whilst still being effective. What does being your ‘online coach’ mean? In short, it means I am your one-to-on Fitness Consultant. This means I give you 100% comprehensive support, designing your training and nutrition program, using methods I cater to you individually.

Charlotte is a fantastic coach. She's clearly very experienced, dedicated and knowledgeable. Ever so professional and always keeps me on my toes. Just as I think I get comfortable with the exercise, she pushes me further! But always taking in consideration any health or injury issues. Charlotte takes personal training to the next level in that whilst teaching, she helps you understand how our bodies work and that no carbs and eating like a rabbit, is not the way to diet.
I came to Charlotte for online coaching after suffering from a bad back for many years and after back surgery, I had lost my confidence, Charlotte helped me come out of this and understand weight training to the point that I felt confident again and I knew what I was doing, she encouraged me to video myself so she could ensure I was training with correct form and emphasised how important that was especially for me with my history of back problems. She is 100% focused on getting the best results for each client. I can’t wait to continue working together.
